  3. Initial Deposit Amount (+ optional travel insurance)*

    *If you select “YES” to travel insurance, be sure to add the cost to the initial deposit amount (rates are per/person & can be found below)

Once your booking is confirmed and deposit is processed, your travel coordinator will send you a formal invoice confirming the details of your trip & to discuss the next steps. 

Please allow up to 2 business days for the booking to be confirmed.

Payment Deadlines

  • Initial Payment ($200/per person) due by June 7, 2024

  • Second Payment (50% of total cost) due by August 30, 2024

  • Final Payment (remaining balance) due by November 1, 2024

    Electronic payment reminders will be sent out as we get close to upcoming payment deadlines.

Your presence at our wedding is the most invaluable gift we could ever ask for. Sharing this weekend of laughter and love with our closest family and friends in the same place is a dream come true and your presence will create memories that will last a lifetime. 

As a couple we recognize that simply attending our wedding will already entail spending money on travel and accommodations. Because of this, we understand if you’d be unable to attend. However, we request you prioritize your attendance above all else, but if you wish to honor us with a gift, please visit our registry.

Flights

Airport Code: PUJ - Punta Cana International Airport

A valid passport is needed for your trip.  The Dominican Republic strongly recommends that passports are valid 6 months post travel. Please let us know if your passport expires prior to September 2025.

If you do not already have your passport, we recommend you begin the application process as soon as possible.

*Our travel team will request flight schedules after the final payment deadline, as this information is needed to confirm your round-trip transportation to/from the airport.

Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines, and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after your payment has been made. Dreams and Destination Travel is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. Travel insurance is not automatically included in your package. The cost of insurance is NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased and insurance policies are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION PENALTIES: After August 30th, 2024 your reservation will be subject to the resort group cancellation penalties and will become nonrefundable. All payments are protected with the travel insurance protection, if insurance is purchased (US RESIDENTS ONLY).
