Once your booking is confirmed and deposit is processed, your travel coordinator will send you a formal invoice confirming the details of your trip & to discuss the next steps. 

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the booking to be confirmed.

NOTE: A valid US Passport is required to travel to St. Lucia. If you do not already have a passport, we encourage you to start the application process now.

Payments

  • Deposit

    $200 serves as your RSVP must be submitted by September 8, 2025

  • 2nd Payment

    50% of total trip due by February 2nd, 2026

  • Final payment

    Remaining balance must be paid in full by June 30, 2026

Now is a good time to set pricing alerts! Prices tend to increase the closer you get to your preferred travel date.

Our travel team will be coordinating your roundtrip private airport transportation *additional fee -this private service is the most cost-effective option and ensures everyone receives the best possible rate.

We kindly ask that you provide your flight details no later than December 15th. You will receive a payment link once all transportation arrangements/pricing are finalized.

Optional Travel Insurance

You do have the option of purchasing travel insurance when you book your room reservation.

  • Cash Back Insurance - This option is a 100% cash back policy should you need to cancel your trip prior to departure.

  • Future Travel Credit Insurance - This option offers you a voucher to use for future travel in the amount you have paid towards your trip at the time of cancellation.

The cost of the travel insurance is based on the total cost of the vacation package.  If you select yes to travel insurance on your quote request I can provide pricing for one or both options.  Insurance must be paid in full at the time of deposit and is non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions:

CANCELLATION PENALTIES: After February 2nd, 2026 your reservation will be subject to the resort group cancellation penalties and will become nonrefundable. All payments are protected with the travel insurance protection, if insurance is purchased. Please review the policy information through Trip Mate to determine if you would like to purchase the group travel protection plan to protect your vacation package.
