Once your booking is confirmed and deposit processed your travel coordinator will send you a formal invoice confirming the details of your trip. Please allow up to 2 business days for the booking to be confirmed.

Payment Deadlines

  • Initial Deposit & RSVP - March 14, 2026 ($200/per person secures your room and is due at the time of booking)

  • Midway Payment - October 1, 2026 (50% payment that keeps your reservation active and on track)

  • Final Payment - January 4, 2027 (the remaining balance, due by the resort’s deadline)

    A payment link will be included in your reservation confirmation email. Guests are encouraged to retain this link for ease of future payments and reference the dates listed above.

    Electronic payment reminders will be sent out as we get close to upcoming payment deadlines.

Childcare Options at Dreams Bahia Mita

We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people. To keep the wedding events relaxed and enjoyable for everyone, all wedding festivities will be adults-only. If you’re bringing little ones along, Dreams Bahia Mita has some great childcare options and onsite resort activities to help make the trip easier.

The resort offers Explorer’s Club for kids ages 3–12 with supervised daytime activities, as well as a Teens Club. Babysitting services can also be arranged through the  concierge for an additional fee, so parents can enjoy the wedding events knowing their kiddos are well cared for.  Our travel team can assist you with any questions that you may have.

The drive to the resort takes approximately 30–50 minutes.

Our team will arrange roundtrip transportation between the airport and the resort for all guests. Once we collect your flight details (at a later date), your personalized transfer details will be provided.

Departure transfers will be scheduled to leave the resort approximately 4-6 hours prior to your flight’s departure. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your return flights.

*Transportation pricing reflects 2+ passengers per vehicle, additional fees will apply for single passengers.

Travel Insurance is OPTIONAL and available for purchase at the time of initial deposit. Travel insurance is not automatically included in your package.

Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines, and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after your payment has been made. Dreams and Destination Travel is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. The cost of insurance is NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased and insurance policies are NON-TRANSFERABLE. The cost of your travel insurance is based upon the PER PERSON total package price of your vacation package.

Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION PENALTIES: After October 1, 2026 your reservation will be subject to the resort group cancellation penalties and will become nonrefundable. All payments are protected with the travel insurance protection, if insurance is purchased. Please review the policy information through Trip Mate to determine if you would like to purchase the group travel protection plan to protect your vacation package.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: The travel team will request flight schedules after the final payment deadline. Any guests who do not submit their flights before this deadline will be responsible for scheduling their own arrival/departure transportation. This service is bundled into the cost of your vacation package and is nonrefundable.
