Each suite is equipped with a hot tub on the private, furnished balcony or terrace with stunning views of the lush jungle, shimmering pool or ocean waves. Swim-out suites offers adults an extra level of romance.
Decorated to complement Costa Rica’s natural landscape, each room has natural wood tones accented with bright pops of color.
When considering your dates of travel, a minimum 3-night stay is required. We do highly encourage you to extend your vacation and enjoy paradise!

Family - Friendly Getaway
We hope you will choose to travel in a way that is most enjoyable for you, whether that means traveling without children for a romantic adult getaway, or traveling with your whole family as you explore Costa Rica.
All wedding guests are invited to attend our ceremony; however, we kindly request the reception be adults only.
During the reception there are several options for childcare offered by the resort that you may take advantage of if you choose to travel with your little ones (see below). If you would be interested in coordinating with other guests bringing children, do not hesitate to reach out to Laura or Anthony and we are happy to facilitate communication regarding shared childcare efforts.
Kids Clubs
Entertainment and activities for kids and teens.
Explorers Club for Kids ages 3-12: offering video games, crafts and even a camping adventure. Open daily from 9 a.m. – 9:45 p.m.
Core Zone Teens Club for ages 13-17: social events, video games and table games. Open daily from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Child Care
Child care services are available separate from the Explorer’s Club or Core Zone. Additional costs apply and are subject to change. Contact the concierge for more details. *Additional fees apply
Note: All Explorer’s Club staff members are certified by the Red Cross in CPR for children. Children must be fully potty-trained for admittance into the Explorer’s Club. Entertainment programming changes throughout the year and often without notice.
Payment Deadlines
Initial Payment $200/per person (+ optional travel insurance) due by March 30, 2024
Second Payment (50% of total cost) due by June 1, 2024
Final Payment (remaining balance) due by August 15th, 2024

Once your booking is confirmed and deposit processed your travel coordinator will send you a formal invoice confirming the details of your trip. Please allow up to 2 business days for the booking to be confirmed.
Flights
Airport Code: LIR (Liberia International Airport) ~ Each guest will be responsible for booking their own flights.
The cost of the transportation to and from the airport (referred to as “transfers”) is included with the cost of your room.
We will be coordinating with a local transportation company to facilitate all guest travels between the airport and the resort, which is approximately a 1.5-2 hour drive. You will be provided personalized information regarding the specifics of your airport transfers in subsequent communications.
Departure transfers will be scheduled to leave the resort approximately 4-6 hours prior to your flight’s departure. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your return flights.

Wedding Events In Costa Rica & A Stateside Reception
While we hope you all can join us for this very special day in paradise, we recognize it may not be feasible for everyone. Please don’t feel any undue pressure to attend if circumstances do not allow. We will carry the love and support you have given us into our marriage whether you are near or far.
In addition to our nuptials in Costa Rica, a separate stateside reception will be held on Friday December 27th, 2024, in Louisville, KY. Everyone is invited to attend regardless of your ability to celebrate with us in Costa Rica.
Registry

Travel Insurance is OPTIONAL and available for purchase at the time of initial deposit. Travel insurance is not automatically included in your package.
Insurance is highly recommended as travel suppliers, airlines, and resorts often charge fees for trip change/cancellation after your payment has been made. Dreams and Destination Travel is not responsible for penalties or fees should you change or cancel your trip. The cost of insurance is NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased and insurance policies are NON-TRANSFERABLE. The cost of your travel insurance is based upon the PER PERSON total package price of your vacation package.

Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATION PENALTIES: After June 1, 2024 your reservation will be subject to the resort group cancellation penalties and will become nonrefundable. All payments are protected with the travel insurance protection, if insurance is purchased. Please review the policy information through Trip Mate to determine if you would like to purchase the group travel protection plan to protect your vacation package.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: The travel team will request flight schedules after the final payment deadline. Any guests who do not submit their flights before this deadline will be responsible for scheduling their own arrival/departure transportation. This service is bundled into the cost of your vacation package and is nonrefundable.
