My Fiancé and I were planning our 120 person wedding at UNICO 20º87º Hotel Riviera Maya in April of 2020. We had the pleasure of working with Mandy , Anna, and Rupi from Dream Team CLT from the very beginning of our planning (started in 2018!). They helped us with every single step from laying out a timeline, to creating a beautiful wedding website, to negotiating contracts with the resorts and vendors, to coordinating the room booking and flights with our guests. Throughout the year and half we had been working with them they always made us and our guests feel at ease. We were at the finish line... Then the global Pandemic threw our plans out the window.. But the team, like the heroes they are, quickly stepped up and started getting alternative dates and helping us get communications out to our guests. They helped us quickly make tough decisions, sign new contracts, and move all our guests over to a new date in December. At no extra cost.
We truly do not know what we would have done without them! We are SO THANKFUL we made the decision to work with Dreams and Destinations Travel - Charlotte Office to plan our destination wedding and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone who is thinking about doing a destination wedding to give them a call.
