As you begin planning your travel, we want you to be able to relax and truly enjoy your time in Mexico.

Please note the resort requires a minimum 3-night stay.‍

We recommend arriving by February 18th so you don’t miss any of the celebrations—we’re in the process of planning a Welcome Event on Thursday 2/18, while the wedding will take place on Saturday, February 20. If your schedule allows, we’d love for you to extend your trip and enjoy a few days of extra sunshine!

  • Once we receive the name(s) of all travelers, trip details (room options + number of nights), and a $200 per person initial deposit we will send you a reservation confirmation

  • Please note that our team will provide an optional travel insurance quote for everyconfirmed reservation.  You can accept or decline the insurance.

Please allow up to 2 business days for the booking to be confirmed.‍ ‍

NOTE: A valid US Passport is required to travel to Mexico. If you do not already have a passport and plan on attending we encourage you to start the application process now.

Payment Deadlines

  • Initial Deposit ($200/per person) no later than April 24, 2026

  • 50% Payment due by August 15, 2026

  • Final Payment due by December 1, 2026

Your travel consultant will be coordinating your round trip airport transportation. Closer to travel time we will be requesting your flight information.

Flights

Airport Code: CUN (The Cancun International Airport)

Each guest is responsible for booking their own flights.

Departure transfers will be scheduled to leave the resort approximately 4-5 hours prior to your flight’s departure. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your return flights.

DreamTeamCLT will arrange roundtrip transportation to/from the resort for all guests. Once we collect your flight details (at a later date), your personalized transfer details will be provided.

 

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is essential for protecting the money you’ve invested in your trip and for providing assistance if unexpected events—such as illness, delays, or emergencies—disrupt your plans. Review coverage benefits and limitations HERE.

Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage gives you added flexibility and peace of mind by allowing you to cancel for reasons those policies may not cover, helping safeguard more of your travel investment. Adding CFAR coverage is especially important because standard or catastrophic policies only cover a limited list of qualifying events. *Cancel For Any Reason insurance is not available for New York residents or non-U.S. residents.

Please note that you must confirm the Cancel for any Reason insurance within 21 days of the initial room deposit to be eligible for this benefit.

Each traveler is responsible for reviewing and understanding the insurance policy they are purchasing.  

Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION PENALTIES: After August 15, 2026 your reservation will be subject to the resort group cancellation penalties and will become nonrefundable. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect their vacation package.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Any guests who do not submit their flights before this deadline will be responsible for scheduling their own arrival/departure transportation. This service is bundled into the cost of your vacation package and is non refundable
