The Resort

When considering your dates of travel, please note that a minimum three-night stay is required.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your deposit to be processed & booking to be confirmed.
NOTE: A valid US Passport is required to travel to Mexico. If you do not already have a passport, we encourage you to start the application process now. It’s recommended that it expire 6 months after travel dates.
Payment Deadlines
Initial Deposit ($200) to RSVP/hold your room: due by 11/12/25
Second Payment ($500): due by 1/9/26
Final payment (balance due): by 8/21/26

CANCELLATION PENALTIES: After January 9, 2026 your reservation will be subject to the resort group cancellation penalties and will become nonrefundable. All payments are protected with the travel insurance protection, if insurance is purchased.
