Each and every guest room is confirmed in the Resort/Ocean View Room category where you will experience ocean and pool views from this 380-square-foot room. We just ask that you please provide us your flight details at least 90 days in advance so we can arrange transfers.
Flying out of CLT?
Because our team calls Charlotte home, we have secured a group airfare contract from CLT airport.

FAQs
Is food included in our package? Breakfast is included daily. Depending on the day, lunch & dinner may be included, but there are days you can choose to dine (on or off property). A list of restaurants recommendations will be provided - Aruba has so many delicious & reasonably priced dining options! The Shoco Coffee Bar & Market + Room Service are the only exclusions.

Is alcohol included in our package? Yes, an unlimited beverage package is included. This beverage package includes alcoholic (by the glass) & non-alcoholic beverages at the resort. *Bottles are an additional cost.
Can 3 guests share a room? This room can sleep three adults, but two is the ideal occupancy for this space. Our packages are designed for double occupancy (two adults/room) to offer adequate space for sleeping and moving around. To request triple occupancy, please contact us!
What is the cancellation policy? Given the inclusions and rates, the package does have a strict cancellation policy, therefore we highly recommend the travel insurance.
September 15, 2025 - March 1, 2026 - Package cancellation penalty is 50% of the total cost.
March 2, 2026- June 1, 2026 - Package cancellation penalty is 70% of the total cost.
June 2, 2026 - Arrival - Package cancellation penalty is 70% of the total cost.
What if I would like to purchase travel insurance? Our team highly recommends travel insurance with every vacation package. You can book the travel insurance on your own to customize your needs. We highly recommend Travel Guard, click here to get a quote. *Travel Guard Insurance has to be purchased within 10 days of initial deposit to cover any preexisting conditions for yourself or close family members (i.e. if a child has a medical condition and mom can't travel because of a flair, etc). Total cost will include the package pricing and can be updated once flights are booked OR you can select a travel credit flight in the event of the cancellation(directly with the airlines). Please note that most insurance companies are going to require that you purchase the insurance within 7-30 days of your initial deposit on your vacation package.
Can I extend my trip? You CAN absolutely extend your stay, just let us know if you wish to add any extra nights. Our team is happy to assist.
Does the Hyatt Regency Aruba offer room service? Yes, however, additional charges will apply.

Is alcohol included in our package? The Symphony beverage package is not "all inclusive" for alcohol, however alcohol is included at the Welcome Reception and the Captain's DInner. You will also see that there are a lot of inclusions in the "Curated Packages by DreamTeamCLT". Drinks onboard outside of inclusions are per consumption.
What if I would like to purchase travel insurance? Our team highly recommends travel insurance with every vacation package traveling to Europe. You can book the travel insurance on your own to customize your needs.
